High-precision position control and load control can be easily configured using a single-axis hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder.
- Data exchange with upper field bus devices through the IRD master module. - Adoption of Simple Adaptive Control (SAC), one of the modern control theories, to automatically absorb the effects of parameter variations and aging degradation of the controlled object. - High-speed servo calculations at 200μs sampling, regardless of the cycle time of the upper PLC and field bus, enabled by DSP. - A high-precision positioning system can be configured with scalable resolution of up to 1μm by using magnetostrictive displacement sensors or A/B/Z phase pulse sensors as servo position feedback signals. - Equipped with two channels of analog voltage/current input, supporting load control using differential pressure from load cells or pressure sensors. - Automatic transfer function: synchronized control with other IRDS-SV or slave modules. - Control axis switching function: switch any control axis from GY sensor (or pulse sensor) / analog feedback. - One-axis motion program function built into the module. - Alarm detection function: sensor upper and lower limit, servo deviation, and servo oscillation alarms. - Self-diagnosis function: internal hardware abnormalities, sensor disconnection, sensor data anomalies. - RoHS compliant.
